HealthWise® L-Citrulline DL-Malate is 100% pure pharmaceutical grade amino acid powder.

L-Citrulline is an amino acid which is converted in the kidneys to L-Arginine and subsequently into nitric oxide (NO). NO functions in the body  as a vaso-dilator. L-Citrulline also increases Ornithine and Arginine plasma content.

Note:  The above measurements display the amount of milligrams per amino equivalent to a 5ml metric teaspoon. Powders are loosely filled, levelled but not compacted.

Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

As a dietary supplement take 1-2 teaspoons between meals in coconut water or juice.

TIPS:

Citrulline Malate may be taken to increase the effectiveness of Arginine supplementation. Consider taking Citrulline Malate and Arginine 20 mins apart for optimum plasma levels of Arginine.
