HealthWise® L- Theanine is 100% pure pharmaceutical grade amino acid powder and is generally regarded as a superior relaxant due to its calmative properties. Unlike Theanine sourced from green tea, HealthWise® L- Theanine is derived from corn and is not known to cause agitation. 

The true scientific name for L-Theanine is gamma-Glutamylmethylamide however it can also be known as N-methyl-L-glutamine or metheanine.

Note:  The above measurements display the amount of milligrams per amino equivalent to a 5ml metric teaspoon. Powders are loosely filled, levelled but not compacted.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

Dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in a small amount of warm water. Best taken away from meals but may be consumed with tea or coffee to promote a feeling of focused attention and calm alertness. 

HealthWise® Amino Powders are pure pharmaceutical grade powders and are packed by weight not volume, without the use of fillers or flowing agents. Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.
